• Categories of Personal Data (§2 Business and Strategic Information) expanded to list audio recordings and meeting transcripts uploaded to a Workspace.
• Categories of Personal Data (§3 Usage and Device Information) expanded to list agent-maintained context — long-lived context the AI maintains across sessions about a Workspace, treated as an AI Output.
• Use of AI Powered Features (§5) clarified that AI Outputs are advisory and require human review before being relied on or distributed, and that AI Outputs are not automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The permitted-purposes carve-out for ELLA's use of AI Inputs and AI Outputs in anonymized and aggregated form was expanded to include quality evaluation alongside performance and security, and a Customer right to opt out of quality-evaluation use through account settings was added.
• Voice Recordings and Transcripts added as a new section disclosing Workspace storage, speech-to-text subprocessor processing, and Customer responsibility for obtaining recording consent.
• How We Share Your Personal Data — Subprocessor categories expanded to include AI model providers, AI quality evaluation and testing tools, and speech-to-text and transcription services.
• Tracking Tools and Opt-Out updated to describe the account-level controls for opting out of analytics capture and quality evaluation use.
• Data Security and Retention updated to direct data export requests to the Data Protection Officer at privacy@withella.io.
• Marketing site URL updated from exitwithella.io to withella.io.
